Inspired by the Spirit of Detroit statue and what the city offers, I am proud to have created these clothing designs representing the city of Detroit (aka, the Motor City).

The colors seen here symbolize the many different aspects that make up Detroit. These aspects include the Spirit of Detroit statue, along with its sports teams, blue-collar + grit roots, and influence in music genres like techno and hip-hop.

A couple of other notable design elements you see here are the letter e and the o designs. The e showcases the city’s pride, while the o resembles Detroit’s car culture and its influence on the automotive industry.

Looking back on these designs and my personal experiences in the city, I can confidently say that these clothing and apparel designs are designs that residents of Detroit and other believers in this city can wear with style and pride.
